Moon and Birds Yesterday was the Libra Full Moon, and she was a pretty one all right. Libra is the sign of beauty and harmony, and this Moon exemplified that quality Here she cloaks herself in a radiant halo. And here, she peeps coyly from behind a cloud… And finally, she is wearing a crown, like the Queen she is. I love the illusion here, it seems as if the clouds are wrapping around her like a cloak. The setting certainly didn’t hurt. It doesn’t get more stunning than this! While I waited for the Moon, a flock of birds flew by… More birds! A flock of seagulls, painting poetry on the sky… This perky little beauty captivated me. The crosshatching of the feathers is fascinating, Nature is the best artist. And finally, neither Moon nor birds, I thought I’d share these fairy places in the rocks. In the summertime, they are barren, but in winter and spring, they become lush ecosystems.
